This is a firm salted dark chocolate with bits of almond pieces. It is quite good, and comparable to the Taza one in taste. What I like about this company is that they donate 10% of their net profits (over $2.6 million as of 2016) to impactful organizations that ‘positively affect species, habitat and humanity across the globe’ to include the Wolf Conservation Center, located in Sourh Salem, NY. Nutritionally, 1/3 of a bar (28g) will give you 170 calories from 11g fat (6g saturated fat from cocoa butter and almonds), 14g carbs and 3g protein.
