Review of BOSS BEAR BURGER at Nourish Bistro Banff by th-vegan

So delicious!
*Don’t forget to ask them to make it vegan, this dish is originally vegetarian but they can accommodate your diet* - actually I believe all their dishes are vegetarian but they can make them vegan :)

This is really a great lunch after a morning hike! You can get Harissa spiced fries or the soup of the day as side, instead of the garden salad (that’s why I chose and what you see in the picture) - for no additional price.
You can also get poutine or falafel salad, but those are extra.
