Mixed Rice / Noodles Set at Verimix — saf's Review (Sep 10, 2022)

ahhhh my dear beloved verimix...
I frequent this place for lunch when I'm at work. it's one of the very few vegan options available, and is affordable at $4.20 for rice, a mock meat, and 3 types of veg.
on thursdays (and maybe monday also) they have almond-pandan rice available which is LUSH but you gotta get there early cos they run out real quick. I think weds they do cranberry rice too. other carb options include a sesame oil noodle (also lush) and a laksa fusili (chefs kiss). their battered fried cauliflower is a fave amongst us all!

just wish this place did some sauces as sometimes it can be kinda bland or dry. they do have one sesame-type sauce but it has mayo so isn't vegan, and I keep forgetting to take a bottle of hot sauce to work :')
