Review of Double Crème Creamy Cultured Cashew Wheel - Fauxmagerie Zengarry by louisg

At the Burlington Veg Fest, I bought a variety of cheeses from fauxmagerie zengarry; Double Crème being one of them. It’s probably been 3-4 years since I’ve had this cheese. I now realize how much I’ve missed it. It’s wonderfully creamy and I love its plain / neutral taste. I put it in sandwiches, which is probably criminal. It deserves a much better usage, like being part of a charcuterie board. I’ll have to get it again soon.
