Review of Fried Oyster Mushroom Po'boy at Green Owl Cafe by jonok

A solid po'boy all around! The oyster mushroom nuggies were very crispy, with a heavy coating of well-spiced batter. I sensed some Old Bay in them, as each bite had a mild seafoody flavor to it
The standard fixings of tomato, lettuce, and remoulade were nice complements, albeit not mind-blowing. The pickle was a nice touch to add a little saltiness and tang to the sandwich. One thing I wish they had included was red onion.
