Review of Bologna - Yves Veggie Cuisine by curvycarbivore

This was surprisingly so similar to what I remember real bologna tasting like! It was good on a sandwich with some cheese & mustard (great for camping but probably wouldn’t eat this as a regular lunch). You don’t need a lot of the bologna to get the flavor so you can stretch this package - it made me 5 sandwiches with no more than 2 slices each. Though I prefer the Tofurky ham slices over this just for the flavor.

Tip: try this on a pretzel bun with cheese, baked in the oven for a few minutes to get it toasty and melty!
