The Wife’s croquetas at The Butcher's Wife — Laure Guilbaud's Review (Sep 7, 2022)

Crispy and filled with cashew cream, this dish is really nice. It’s not an exact version of Spanish croquetas as it has a distinct taste which I couldn’t figure out, but still very good!
