I’m seriously considering switching out Kirkland’s oat milk for soy, as it has a similar amount of sugar and double the protein. I would really like unsweetened, but it isn’t available at my warehouse. This soy milk isn’t as rich as others I’ve had, but it’s still creamy and thick enough. It’s lightly sweet, and the vanilla is present but not overpowering. Because it’s Costco, you get a massive amount (12 quarts!) — but it’s a good price for organic and thankfully shelf-stable. For years, I’ve been ride-or-die for oat milk; however, I’m thinking a change may be in order.
