enchiladas at The Brunch Truck of Amarillo — Mariette Robertson's Review (Sep 4, 2022)

Very excited to see that this eatery had a full breakfast, lunch + finner Vegan menu! The cook freshly made to order & my first experience was a friendly one! On my order I also purchased a soda on the side. The truck was conveniently located on a nice avenue directly behind a greyhound bus station within the city of Amarillo, TX. I enjoyed my experience of eating a fresh hot batch of yellow corn tortilla enchiladas In the style of 1 mock meat plus 1 other bean + cheese for the full $12 dollar meal and completed it with the red and verde sauce! All totally vegan!
