Cauliflower Ceviche

The Groovy Floret

This consisted of cauliflower, hearts of palm, cucumbers, pico de gallo, fresh herbs, and jalapeño and avocado crema.  Served with a tostada.  This was bursting with fresh and tangy flavors. #saveveganrestauants
