J’apprivoise encore le fruit du Jacquier. Ma version Sloppy Joe ! Tout est dans l’assaisonnement et la cuisson j’imagine. Ma fille le mangeait à même la casserole !
J’y reviendrai sûrement (équitable et biologique) !
