I must say that this is the most bland and watery almond milk I’ve tasted. I don’t see how you can make activated almonds creamy without adding some natural gum/thickeners or at least some oats or something. I picked up a few cartons of this milk from the reject shop for 10 cents each because obviously it isn’t selling very well in the supermarkets. I have been using it to make my chia seed pudding as it is the only way I am able to enjoy it.
