Vegan Peri Peri Chicken with Rice at Halaveg — Steven Neoh's Review (Aug 30, 2022)

I applaud the inventiveness of this, and the execution was almost perfect. The #periperi was a tangy affair and may have worked better if the roasting had done more crisping up/light burning of the #mockchicken skin 🙂 The chicken was some pretty large chunks of #soymeat so actually the flavour did not penetrate deep into the #fakemeat and the centre was a bit heavy-going.

But otherwise, a nice concept that I hope they develop further.
