
Love this lentil and cranberry salad. 1/2 cup contains 7g of proteins. I incorporate some vegetables and they pick up the light delicious seasonings. Here with peppers, tomatoes and swisschard from my garden.

What a great idea to add veggies. I tried it and like the flavour it just needed more lightness or freshness. You solved that.

I really appreciate this lentil salad when I'm on the run. I add whatever vegetables in the fridge and in a couple of minutes I have a delicious nutritious meal as if I had spent more time cooking.
