Review of Crab Noodle Soup at Van Hanh | Vegetarian Restaurant by pdxveg
This consisted of lots of tender, slightly chewy, springy rice noodles, tofu, tomatoes 🍅, and 🌱-based 🦀, 🐥, beef, and ham in a richly flavorful comforting broth with a nice spicy kick. It was incredibly satisfying. (Gluten-free option) #saveveganrestaurants
