It pains me to say this, but this supposed sour cream alternative is absolutely inedible. I didn't use one bit of it after I smelled and tasted it.
I was expecting a stiffer texture common to similar products, but the flavor is chemical, with an aftertaste that made me want to gag. It's not expired--according to the freshness date on the lid, there is over one month left of cold shelf life.
My Unfortunate Advice: Don't waste your money on this.
