Dish 9 - Caramelized Cheese Banana Roll

A really unique and original dish that probably only can be tasted in this restaurant, as I never had anything like it before. The sweetness and fruity flavor from the banana, together with the caramelized flavor and the saltiness from the melted vegan cheese is something I never tasted before, like a symphony of flavors for the tastebuds in my mouth!
