
*update* I can't totally blame this as I've got a ridiculous amount of stress on, but these feel like they have badly triggered my IBS, which I haven't had since going Vegan*
Never been a Jerky eater but thought I'd try as an office snack. Tough, fibery and chewy but not unenjoyable whilst sat at my laptop. Peppery, fairly moorish. Would pick up again but wouldn't go out hunting

Oooh that’s interesting to know! I had some vegan jerky in Florida (still need to post 😬) which strangely gave me the worse acid reflux since going vegan! Probably nothing compared to IBS tbh! I wonder if it’s something in the ingredients or process of making?! Forgot to ask did the B12 supplements help with fatigue at all?
