Again a nice veganised version of a two piece chicken, was quite an 'unhealthy' and 'missing' feeling about just eating it by itself, like it needed some healthy lettuce to balance it out, some buns and sauce to balance the flavour and fry-ness of it. So in the end paired up with some lettuce and sauce which turned out way nicer than on its own. The patty itself is nice but a bit heavy with oil and a little bland/spongy again - maybe not kneaded enough.
