Mochi with Adzuki and Strawberry

Obon Shokudo

This consisted of freshly made soft and chewy mochi wrapped around house-made sweet adzuki beans and a juicy, fresh, perfectly ripe strawberry 🍓.  It was dreamy and delightful.  (Gluten-free) #saveveganrestaurants
