Grouper Roll at Rutina Verde — compassionatedancer's Review (Aug 22, 2022)

Midori Miami is Rutina Verde's same owners trying an ocean conservationist approach to vegan Japanese. Their menu items are names after endangered species sea life. ❤ This roll had kimchee crushed tofu, topped with sweet plantains (cuz we in miami) and kimchee spicy mayo and some scallions. Super good and super filling. They also have a variety of interesting items on the menu.
