Review of Abbots Southwest Salad at Urbane Cafe by michi0246

This has been my favorite salad so far. The only thing I recently changed was the Vegan chipotle dressing to a cilantro vinaigrette because it was a tad bit too spicy for me.
I have never liked feta cheese, but this vegan feta on top was just 👌🏻
** Edit** sorry to say but this dish is not on the menu anymore ;-; However, you can still get the tofu banh mi or Mediterranean bowl.
