Chocolate Babka at Ben & Esther's Vegan Jewish Deli - Oceanside — Tricia A's Review (Aug 20, 2022)

I saw this small chain of vegan Jewish delis on Instagram and it looked so unique and tasty! We don’t live near any of them but their newest location is about 30 minutes away. The same week that location opened, my husband happened to be working in the area so of course I sent him the address to see if he wanted to stop by. I would have preferred to try a sandwich but because he was working, it needed to be something that could travel so he grabbed a couple of babkas. This one was my favorite. It was soft and moist with a deep chocolate-y swirl. Not dry and not overly sweet. I look forward to trying other dishes someday!
