Love, love, LOVE this. Delicious flavours, so mild (zero heat, perfect for my weak self) and so easy to use. This will become a regular for sure.
I used Plant Pioneers chicken chunks and Linda McCartney chicken chunks instead of butternut squash and it was so delicious and juicy. Had leftovers for a couple of days and the pieces just got juicier as they sat in the sauce. Would highly recommend.
