After reading that many conventional wheat crops are sprayed with glyphosate (the main ingredient in RoundUp weedkiller) to dry them out before harvest, I went looking for organic pasta. I was happy to see that my local grocery store carried this brand. I made pasta salad out of it and it had good taste and texture. đź‘Ť
