
The ingredients in this cashew cheese spread are phenomenal.
I’m a big dill fan and the dill flavor is what hit me first when trying this. Then the flavor turned quite sour and a little odd. The ingredients are so simple so my best guess is that perhaps it is cultured more than I’m used to, creating more of a pungent flavor? I do really enjoy most Miyoko’s cheeses though, so it’s a bit confusing.
I’ll try it in some more ways and see if it grows on me. I think if you like strong cheeses and dill then this will be lovely for you.
