Our chevre style cashew cheese can be sliced, smeared, or even stirred into hot dishes like pastas or risottos. This one is flavoured with organically-grown herbs from our own garden and fresh garlic - flavour town!

Really enjoying these cashew based cheeses! Delicious on crackers. I must say this was less like chevre and more like a pesto pate. So I think of it less as chevre and more as it's own thing. Great if you want to treat yourself.
