I rarely buy pre-made mylk, but I got this on sale for my pantry. I forgot how much I like soy milk. I've used it with instant coffee to make lattes. It is unsweetened, which I prefer. The only negative is that it has a slight vanilla flavor even though vanilla isn't listed as an ingredient. I think it might be noticeable in savory dishes.
