Smoked salmun fashion sandwiches

Aiko Sushi (old Active Sushi On Bree)

The restaurant is now called Aiko Sushi.
This was just incredible!
The sandwiches were filled with salmun made from smoked carrot and avo with mayo.  The balance of flavour was perfect.
