Chx Fried Tofu

Juju's Vegan Cajun and Creole Cuisine

Whenever given the chance I will always order this dish from Juju’s!  I love tofu, and my goodness - the texture, the flavor is just perfection.  It has a wonderful savory, fried chicken inspired flavor that is wonderfully savory and not too salty.  Gah, I want this for dinner again.

I will also post about the wonderful sides.
