This was not what I expected. I don’t think it has anything in common with a banh mi sandwich in flavor or texture. But…it was still yummy. Kinda just tasted like a generic tofu/bean/mush burrito, but I say that in a good way. I won’t be buying more Amy’s because I learned they were being very anti-union in some factories. Also just something about white companies making “vietnamese-inspired” products doesn’t seem right, and I feel like I should just buy banh mi from my local vegan Vietnamese restaurant instead.
