These spring rolls made with non GMO soy protein, vermicelli noodle, carrots, pickles, cilantro, and lettuce, wrapped in rice paper and served with a side of peanut sauce.

These are definitely an appetizer size so they won't be filling but the taste is good and the veggies are fresh and crisp πŸ₯•

The peanut sauce is a bit on the thinner/runny side but it does taste yummy.
