Vegan mushroom and thyme pasta.

Vegan macaroni, mushrooms, thyme, coriander and coconut milk.


I liked this since today was cold and I was craving a pasta that wasn't too heavy.

It's enough for one person, but it's not a big portion so makes me wonder how big the small portion would be.

It's a lekker meal it's not like the best pasta meal I've ever had, quite basic but it did the job. The pasta was grayish.. which was weird...but cool 😅
