Review of Spinach & Humus Vegan Ravioli - Woolworths Food by compassionate1candy
Another delicious pasta alternative. I really liked this one with its filling of spinach and hummus. I paired it with wilted spinach, almonds, crumbled dairy free hard cheese and a drizzle of lemon juice and almond oil.
The only thing was a lot of the ravioli weren't sealed properly and some had tears (I could see upon opening the package) so the fillings spilled out and the ravioli got waterlogged. The care in this while being made can definitely be improved on.
