Fried Tempeh at Mango — dafne kiyui's Review (Aug 12, 2022)

Talk about presentation! ⛹️‍♀️ None of us quite know how but they nailed the crispness of the #tempeh 🙌 It hadn’t a starchy inside like even the best prepared tempeh sometimes do. This was an all round crisp; sending #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease without feeling overwhelmingly unhealthy. That’s without even mentioning the peanut sauce on the side! It’s not quite a satay sauce but close, a bit cheesier 🧀 Normally I’d pry into the details a little more but.. I tend to be more careless when there’s vegan food around 🤭 Crazy what a lack of murderers around does for you psyche 💆‍♀️
