Review of gongbao lion’s mane mushroom at New Fut Kai Vegetarian Restaurant by herbimetal

A nice dish with very strong taste, I felt it overpowered the fried rice and would go better with plain rice. Good mix of ingredients, moderately spicy and I didn't eat the chilli flakes - there were soooo many. The monkey head mushrooms were fried very nice and crispy and my non veg companion enjoyed the meal. It comes with cashew nuts too which adds crunch, flavour and protein. Peppers, carrots and mushrooms on the side are a good addition of some veggies.
