This is my favourite seasoning and I wish that it was available more regularly at my local Asian grocer. It goes out sometimes it doesn’t come back for months, which leads to me using it very sparingly. It’s got phenomenal umami and isn’t overly dark, it’s perfectly salty and goes well in just about everything!
