Pane cotto a vapore, tempeh di soia, funghi, spinaci, salsa BBQ e mayo veg, cetrioli. Molto buoni, decisamente delicati. Non amo per niente il tempeh (infatti il piatto lo aveva preso Paolo, io l’ho assaggiato) e devo dire che era fatto davvero bene. Approvati!
