These wings were prepared in a stir fry on the stovetop. This was so that sogginess was not as much of a taste factor. It was mixed with kung Pao sauce, onions, green and red peppers, and teriyaki sauce. The breading fell off and floated in the saucer. What was eaten of the breading was still good. #cauliflowerwings
