One of the best vegan and gluten-free alternative to stracchino on the market. It is an artisanal and fermented product, made with few and organic ingredients. It has a creamy consistency and a great not sour taste, for this reason it can be eaten as it is. The only flaw is the plastic packaging. #rifugiomiletta
