This was meant to be a fish fillet of some sort me thinks. It’s actually quite delicious and doesn’t feel too unhealthy. Patty was fried nicely n not soggy. The mayo is nice n not too rich creamy .Thr’s a bit of salad greens in it.I don’t quite like pickles usually but i ate it with this burger. Its like having fish without that fishy smell. And it’s not a sloppy burger so i appreciate that part.
