It's a healthy bar, with the protein coming from pea isolate, the sweetness from date syrup and nutrition from good stuff such as almonds, chia seeds and sunflower sweets. The flavour from the date syrup is a little overwhelming with its sweetness and intense flavour so that I could barely taste the vanilla and almond. I do like the grittiness of the seeds.
