Review of Drunken Noodles at Charm Thai Cuisine by ploopy

i really enjoyed this dish and was happy to have leftovers! i was super hungry, so i could only take a quick pic, so it doesn’t really do it much justice lololol.
this restaurant is really good about accommodating to your needs and you can just ask for them to remove the egg and/or make it vegan and they will. they also have tofu as a protein option which of course i added. although the tofu wasn’t marinated in anything, it wasn’t like grossly plain and was firm, so i enjoyed it. they give a decent amount of it too, which is always greatly appreciated. tofu for life. also, they thankfully don’t charge extra for any of this like i’ve heard other places do.
it comes with flat noodles that are the perfect texture, bell peppers, broccoli, tomatoes, bamboo shoots, and thai basil. they also have a wide variety of veggies you can add on, so i asked for extra broccoli, mushrooms, zucchini, and onions. they also have like six spice levels that you can choose from. great service as well.
the sauce that they use is really savory and just tasty, i would highly recommend this dish 10/10 :D
