Review of make your own bowl at Le Botaniste by izoldat
This was delicious. Potato base with boulagnaise sauce, coconut ceviches, tofu, and tomato salad. The flavors are terrific together. The tofu was over-salted but most things are for me. The rest was fantastic. I just need to get the third extra ingredient right (you get the base, the sauce, and three side ingredients in a make-your-own bowl), and it will be the perfect gluten-free meal.
