This is perfect, very tasty, you can prepare it in various ways.
As far as I'm concerned, no need to add any salt or seasoning.
I made them as a cold salad, schnitzels with potatoes, thorn pieces in the stew or tortilla wraps. Everything always turned out very tasty.
