Spicy Eggplant Rice at Bang Bar — mattfara50's Review (Jul 27, 2022)

The dish is vegan if you hold the sauce. There was no vegan sauce or even a vinegar substitute. The fresh cabbage and carrots are nice, but the pickled vegetables and eggplant add a ton of salt to the dish. Price was decent.
