Delicious Classic Burger on a gluten-free bun. The filling was amazing (beetroot, mushroom patty). Yummy homemade pesto and microgreens. Delicious side salad with vinaigrette and topped with roasted seeds. Great attention to detail!

Only complaint is the Sweet potato bun. Very hard, which makes the burger impossible to eat with your hands. Will try the buckwheat GF bun option next time 🙂
