Review of SK2 Radiance at ahimsa cafe by aishahalattas

I usually just go to the salad bar at the canteen for lunch, but one day I decided to take a bit of a trip to the nearby ahimsa cafe and I’m so glad I did! This was less than a dollar more than my regular lunch, and a way more impressive salad. Very generous with the ingredients. The tofu scramble, avocado, pesto and roasted veggies worked so well together with some chickpeas and sourdough croutons for crunch. Well worth the bus ride and can’t wait to try what else ahimsa has to offer!
