This lemon cake from Happy Culture Café was to die for! It was really soft and moist with delicious icing. Happy Culture have fresh cakes and bakes in every day which is one of the reasons it is worth visiting! The food options are fantastic, fresh and from local suppliers. I’d definitely recommend checking them out because they really are a hidden gem of Lincoln.
