I never tried jerky in my pre-veg days, but if I had I hope it would have tasted like this!
It has a great chewy but tender texture and is juicy and flavourful, not dry or tough.
The lemon teriyaki flavouring is enough to make it tasty without being overbearing.
Very moreish, my partner and I finished the packet off in one sitting 😁😬
Purchased from an Asian Grocery in Brisbane, it was only around $3-$4 for the packet so good value also.
I’ll be trying the other flavours soon!
